This study aims to evaluate a personalized approach for treating patients with locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Currently, many high-risk patients receive additional treatment (adjuvant therapy) after standard chemoradiotherapy to prevent the cancer from returning.
