Azilsartan mepixetil

1) To compare the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of QR01019 potassium salt tablets or azilsartan medoxomil potassium tablets (EDARBI) in healthy Chinese adult volunteers under fasting conditions 2) To evaluate the relative bioavailability of QR01019 potassium salt tablets compared with azilsartan medoxomil potassium tablets in healthy Chinese adult volunteers under fasting conditions 3) To observe the safety of QR01019 potassium salt tablets and azilsartan medoxomil potassium tablets in healthy Chinese adult volunteers

1) To evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of single and multiple oral and escalating doses of QR01019 potassium salt tablets in healthy adult volunteers; 2) To evaluate the effect of a high-fat diet on the pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety of a single oral dose of QR01019 potassium salt tablets in healthy adult volunteers; 3) To provide a theoretical basis for the dosing regimen of subsequent clinical trials.
