Observation indicators: pharyngitis (dysphagia) disappearance rate/disappearance time, pharyngitis immediate analgesia efficacy, pharyngitis VAS score, pharyngeal symptoms (dysphagia, dry and burning throat) efficacy, pharyngeal signs efficacy, TCM syndrome efficacy, etc. 2. Observe the safety of Qinghou Yan Lozenges in clinical application. Observation indicators: adverse events/adverse reaction incidence, vital signs, laboratory tests, etc.
