Primary Objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics and bioequivalence of a single oral dose of losartan potassium tablets (100 mg, sponsor: Lingyao Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation (COZAAR®, 100 mg, licensee: Organon Pharma (UK) Limited) in healthy adult Chinese participants under fasting conditions. Secondary Objective: To investigate the safety of losartan potassium tablets (100 mg, test formulation) and the reference formulation (COZAAR®, 100 mg) in healthy adult Chinese participants.

This study investigated the pharmacokinetics of the test formulation dapagliflozin tablets (10 mg, manufactured by Jiangsu Chengkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation dapagliflozin tablets (FORXIGA®, 10 mg, manufactured by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP) in healthy participants under fasting conditions, and evaluated the bioequivalence of the two formulations under fasting conditions.

The primary study objective was to conduct a fasting bioequivalence study in humans using oseltamivir phosphate capsules (trade name: Tamiflu®, strength: 75 mg calculated as C16H28N2O4), licensed by Roche Pharma (Schweiz) AG, as the reference preparation in accordance with relevant bioequivalence testing regulations. The study compared the test preparation (75 mg) with the reference preparation (trade name: Tamiflu®) produced by Jiangsu Fudan Fuhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and provided by Lingyao Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., to determine whether the differences in drug absorption rate and extent between the test preparation and the reference preparation were within acceptable limits and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting conditions. The secondary study objective was to observe the safety of the test preparation (75 mg) and the reference preparation (trade name: Tamiflu®, strength: 75 mg calculated as C16H28N2O4) after oral administration in healthy volunteers.
