Primary objective: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of HY-078020 tablets in treating patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria compared with placebo; Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of HY-078020 tablets in treating patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria compared with placebo.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety of single and multiple applications of HY-07170702 ointment in participants of the Healthy China Adult Trial. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of HY-07170702 ointment in participants of the Healthy China Adult Trial after single and multiple applications.

Primary objectives: To evaluate the tolerability and safety of HY-078020 tablets after repeated oral administration of different doses in healthy Chinese subjects and the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of HY-078020. Secondary objectives: (1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of HY-078020 tablets in healthy Chinese subjects after repeated oral administration of different doses; (2) To evaluate the changes in the cardiac QTc interval after oral administration of HY-078020 tablets.
